Impunity prevails with Transnational corporations (TNCs) that systematically violate human rights. We need an international treaty to ensure that communities affected by TNC crimes have access to justice.
Social organisations and movements, communities affected by the operations of TNCs and others fighting for social and environmental justice around the world, will march to Geneva in October 2019 (12th to 19th).
This will be the fifth time we mobilise for the establishment of a United Nations (UN) treaty that imposes on states and corporations international obligations to guarantee that affected communities, groups and individuals whose human rights have been violated by transnational corporations have access to justice, reparation and remedy.
