Contracts, human rights and taxation: How a company exploits a country. The case of Glencore in the Democratic Republic of Congo

This investigation conducted in the mining region of Katanga impressively demonstrates how human rights are constantly violated and the social consequences of such violations. The most serious problems are the precarious situation of artisanal miners, the working conditions in the mines and the impact on the communities in their vicinity.
